Maintenance Fees
Due on the 1st day of each month.
Payment slot is in the mailroom. (on wall opposite of the mailboxes)
Please put payment in envelope with name and condominium address.
Payments received after the 15th are considered late.
1st month late fee: $25
2nd month late fee: $50
3rd month late fee: $75 and the account will be turned over to the EHV attorney.

Maintenance Request Form
Forms are in the mailroom. (on door to fitness area)
A form must be completed & turned into the mailbox found below the forms.
The EHV Board and Property Manager review requests, then promptly inform the unit owner of
approval or denial.

Contact Form
Forms are in the mailroom.
All owners should fill out a contact form annually.
Forms may be returned to an EHV Board member, the Property Manager or put in the mailbox
in the mailroom. (on door to fitness area)

Parking
There is no parking allowed in the street or on the grass.
Unit parking spaces
Each unit has exclusive use of 2 spaces adjacent to their unit for parking.
All vehicles parked on the property must be operable.
Parking of boats, campers, recreational vehicles, or comparable items is prohibited
throughout the community.
Visitor Parking (Spring 2026)
Each visitor parking space is clearly marked with a VISITOR PARKING sign.
Visitor parking can be found in front of the two buildings on your left as you enter the
EHV community through the main entrance. Additionally, there are visitor parking spaces
available on Village Circle West (the road that loops around the pool).
There are maps of Visitor Parking locations available in the mailroom.

Mailroom
The mailroom is on the lower level of the clubhouse.
Individual USPS mailboxes are found here. You need a mailbox key to get into your mailbox.
Upon purchasing the unit, you should receive the mailbox key from your realtor.

You will have
to go to the post office to get a key if one is needed. These mailboxes are property of the USPS.
Parcel Lockers are found in the mailroom. If you receive a package that will fit in one of the
parcel lockers, a key to the specific parcel locker will be left in your mailbox. Upon retrieval
of your package, leave the key to that parcel locker in its lock.
EHV Cubbies are located here. Each slot is labeled with a condominium address. Information
communicated from the HOA regarding any/all things EHV Community can be found here.
Please check your cubby as often as you check your mailbox.

Fitness Center
Found to the right of the mailroom on the lower level of the clubhouse.
Hours are from 6am – 10pm.
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an EHV resident while in the Fitness Center.

Access Control to EHV Amenities
The Fitness Center, both gates to the pool & doors to the Clubhouse are accessible via key.
All residences are entitled to 1 amenity key. Additional keys can be purchased through the
HOA for $25 each.

Trash Pick-Up
Trash pick-up day for the EHV Community is on Monday of each week (If Monday falls on a holiday,
the trash will be picked up within the next couple of days)
All items that do not fit inside the city provided trash can WILL NOT BE PICKED UP – please do
not put items outside of the trash can on the ground.
Items too large to fit in the trash cans should be taken to one of the Convenience Centers in the
area. Information is listed below:

Pool
For all emergencies: Call 911
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – use the pool at your own risk.
Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult - both while in the pool as well as
in the gated area surrounding the pool.
Pool rules can be found in the following places: on the walls surrounding the pool, the doors to
the EHV Clubhouse & wrapped around the poles of each umbrella.
When the yard care company needs to maintain the grass beside the pool, everyone
must get out of the pool until they have finished.

Clubhouse Rental
Rental forms & the Rental Process details are found in the mailroom (to the left of the large calendar)
The top floor of the Clubhouse can be rented upon completion of a form, the $100 deposit &
approval of the EHV Board. The deposit will be refunded according to the information provided
on the form.
The EHV pool/its surrounding area is NOT included with the clubhouse rental. There are NO
exceptions - using the pool/surrounding area under these circumstances will result in a $150 fine.
A $25 monthly late fee applies until the fine is paid.

Leasing
Owners may not lease their units without receiving explicit written permission from the HOA.
No more than 20% of the units within the community may be leased at any time.
Owners that lease their units must provide the HOA with their tenants’ names, contact
information, and lease dates each time a new lease is entered.
Short-term leasing is strictly prohibited - leases must be at least 12 months in length.
Leasing permits are not transferable at the time of sale.

Pets
Must be on a leash and always accompanied by the owner.
Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of immediately.
Pets are not allowed to create excessive noise.

Yard Sales
Yard sales are strictly prohibited.

Noise, etc.
Activities that result in nuisances, including but not limited to excessive noise, are prohibited.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.
